SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We can provide shipping to front door or driveway. We will need a phone number to supply to the shipping company so they can contact you directly. They will call and arrange a drop off date and time with you.
PACKAGING INFORMATION:
All new in box items will ship in the original packaging from the manufacture, and will be strapped to a pallet. All floor models will have loose parts secured and wrapped, and the appliance will be bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped, protected in cardboard and strapped to a pallet for safe shipping. Built-in refrigerators will be bolted to the skid when shipping bolts are available.
FREIGHT DAMAGE:
All of our shipments are insured. We take care in ensuring that every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Unfortunately things can happen. We ask that you please take the time to inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. If you do not have a chance to inspect the shipment completely, please check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing. If there is concealed damage and you have checked the damaged box, please contact us right away.
If the unit is damaged and you accept it and signed on it as a clear delivery then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
RETURNS:
Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% when applicable. Product has to be returned in its original condition and with prior approval. We will work very hard to have every customer pleased with their purchase.
