    Returns:
    Freight returns are not accepted!
    All other returns are accepted provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sold; returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back.
    Time limit:
    Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
    Restocking fee:
    There will be a 20% restocking fee for a return that is of no responsibility of the Seller. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
    Although every effort has been made to photograph and describe this item accurately and completely, it is being sold "As Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If it's not in the picture, it probably doesn't come with it. Please ask.
    Shipping and Handling:
    Buyer will pay for shipping and handling charges for any return unless otherwise specified. Seller will pay for shipping and handling charges associated with any error or fault of Seller.
    Condition of the returned item must be acceptable to Seller, preferably an “unopened box” or “opened box with all original materials unaltered or damaged. All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments, paid by Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns. (Domestic or International). Seller will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.

    Packaging:
    All items are packaged according to the shipping guidelines per carrier. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and wrapped with cellophane.
    Damages:
    Please note that w
    e do not accept responsibility for damage
    after
    the item leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location. We insure ALL of our shipments and take photographs when they are wrapped prior to shipping.
    Freight Shipping Damages:
    Unfortunately, shipping damage and total lost is an issue among the freight industry. Even though we crate, pallet and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it, and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher. You may also contact us for assistance.
    Shipping Practices
    : If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence. Freight is generally bulky and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck's lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery.
    Inside Delivery:
    Unless you pay for it and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only. You must have the tools and manpower to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance.
    Warranties:
    We cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty, we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We have tested this item, but please be aware we are selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility.  We sell our equipment at a deep discount compared to the cost of new equipment.
    Please note we do not send non-working equipment.  We cannot then be expected to make an unforeseen repair as well. Therefore, we make sure it works properly before sending it to you the customer. Our reputation is very important to us, and we work very hard at listing only our best equipment for sale, stating it accurately and honestly in the listing, and sending out only a quality product.
