With the pants buttoned and lying flat, and the waistband pulled taut, measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waist band.
Inseam:
From the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg, with the pants lying flat
Leg Opening:
With the pants lying flat, measure straight across the bottom of the leg.
