This is a rare
December 1978
Showbill from the
original Off-Broadway production
of
Gretchen Cryer
and
Nancy Ford
’s musical at the
Circle in the Square Theatre
in
New York City!
This show opened in
June 1978
and ran through
March 1981
as part of the
New York Shakespeare Festival
. The Showbill features the
original cast
starring Gretchen Cryer, Joel Fabiani, Margot Rose, Betty Aberlin, and James Mellon with Scott Berry, Lee Grayson, Bob George, and Dean Swenson in the band. As shown in the photos, this vintage Showbill is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear, creasing, and light soiling. The Showbill is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. Its pages are generally clean with no writing, rips, or tears. This rare vintage off-Broadway Showbill (Playbill) magazine
