Vintage 16mm film - Laser Safety. I watched a bit of the beginning of the film and it plays well, including sound. There are some thin scratches on the film as shown in a few of the photos. In the short bit I watched there was a trippy visual effects sequence with what sounded like electronic music, then a bit of someone lecturing on a modernist set with some motion graphics interspersed. Film is on a reel roughly 10.5" in diameter and fills most of it. I believe the sticker on the reel that is stamped 1991 is the last time it was shown.
