    This unit is unused condition- open box/returned/demo item.  It has been powered on and heats, steams and controls work but that is the extent of testing.  It has been in storage for a long time - I have no idea of the history. Please ask questions if you need more information.  It is missing the Thermometer. I have two of them both of them if you are interested in a set.

Convection circulates hot air, with no direct heat. Six cooking functions offer several combinations of these cooking styles, while an electronic display provides precision control of all the professional features.
