    Description

    Amazing conditioned tin sand pail circa 1850. Pictured is a sand pail collectors book and this sand pail is shown in the book, the only difference is the condition of mine is twice as good as even the one pictured in the book! It measures 5 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide and has the carrying handle. The tin shovel was not originally with this pail but it too has a unique handle design and is very old. From the book you can see this sand pail was made around 1840-1860. You will not find another sand pail this old that is in this great of condition inside and out for a nearly 200 year old pail. Pictures are unaltered
