United States Scott #88, the 3¢ Washington E Grill.  Mint Never Hinged bottom left corner margin block of 12 with original gum.  This is a bottom left corner margin block of 12 with original gum and beautiful sharp grills. There is a minor pre-printing paper fold in the corner of the selvage, short gumming along the left stamps with a few light gum wrinkles, a horizontal crease along the bottom of the third row, and pencil markings in the selvage.  A few perfs are separated at the top right between positions 3 and 6 on the block. Multiples this large are scarce, and never hinged premiums are not priced in Scott for issues this early.  Later issues (20 years later) are priced at 3x the Mint Hinged value.
