    Description

    US Scott 1371 Toning Or Paper Error? Apollo 8 Space Mission Stamp MNH. The stamp on left has beige colored paper instead of the normal white paper. The paper color error is more obvious when looking at the regular white area under the picture with the wording of "Apollo 8-six cents United States" in the  stamp on the right and also at the back of the stamps.

    I am not familiar with toning and do not know if it is toning or due to beige paper. You be the judge. It does make a great novelty item for your collection.
