Seal#99, the Printer Mark "C" (2nd row, 1st column) is below the stand (photo 3)
Printer Fly-Spec Flaws are:
Seal#99 normal green "oval" between hair & TB Cross is a "dot" instead (photo 4)
Seal#100 (slogan seal) has a protrusion attached to the upper right corner  of "B" in "TUBERCULOSIS" (photo 5)
