Photo 3 shows a Red spur projecting downward from the inner frame line at the lower left corner of each seal. This is a Plate B identifying flaw.
Printer Mark: A diagonal Red line across the white frame at the corner of the sheet, on the outer corner, Seal#10 (photo 4)(top right seal in the block).
