    Designed by Ernest Hamlin Baker & the initials of the designer show on the blue background just above the left double barred cross (photo 3). On other printings it is hardly visible at all.
    Centering leaves little or no margin on the right side of the seal.
    We have been a stamp collector and enthusiast for 50 years. We consider what we sell are fill ins for the advanced collector or stamps that may be preferred by any collector.
