Dark Blue omitted.  Alas, as you can see only
99%
of the dark blue is omitted.  A
faint tint
of the dark blue is visible.  Although the catalog values (CV) a complete 'dark blue omitted' at or about for a single stamp (a sheet would be worth 00), but this sheet also has the plate block and margin information missing.  You can see the
margin information
faintly on picture #10.  Picture #11 shows a comparison of two sheets, one with the plate number and margin information (Use Correct Zip Code) and the sheet shown without the plate # and margin information.  The plate number is GONE!  Whoops!  This is a very nice specimen and is valued accordingly for a sheet of 100.
