    Description

    This is U.S. Scott #4806, the .00 Inverted Jenny Souvenir Sheet of 2013.  This one belongs in the Errors, Freaks, and Oddities (EFO) category because there's a Constant Plate Variety (CPV) on the top left stamp near the upper right corner -- a distinct white dot near the upper right frame lines.  This copy is USED, ON PIECE, and the centering is EXTRA FINE (XF).   (See the scan for precise centering.)  This is one of the best copies I've seen.  It's a superior copy with no issues that I can detect.
    The sheet pictured is the actual one I will ship.  I do not substitute copies.  The second photo, showing a close-up of the CPV, is a generic scan intended to show the location of the CPV.  It is not from the actual sheet, but is, of course, in the identical spot and of the identical size as the CPV on the sheet being offered.
