Toti Gaughan Dealer's School, Nevada owned by Michael Gaughan. Opened 1980.
His Father, Jackie Gaughan, said one of Michael secrets to success was his dealer's school. The dealers he trained became his workers, players and would follow him when he opened a new casino.
The Gaughans have owned more local casinos than any other father-son duo in the city's history (9 casinos)
Jackie owns or co-owns the El Cortez, Plaza, Gold Spike, Las Vegas Club and the Western, while Michael's Coast Resorts owns or co-owns the Barbary Coast, Gold Coast and the Orleans hotel-casinos
