Shipping:
Large items are shipped via LTL Freight (Flat Rate Freight).
These items are delivered CURBSIDE only.
Smaller items will be shipped via FedEx to your door.
Please be sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
We are unable to change your address once you have placed the order.
After a payment has been made, we will send you a message asking you to confirm your shipping details. We cannot ship until we receive confirmation. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery date and time, so please make sure we have the best phone number to reach you.
You will be responsible for any charges that may occur due to having incorrect shipping information.
Please be sure to look over the package and check for any damages. If damages are seen, please note them on the BOL (Bill of Lading) you will be asked to sign. Take pictures of any damages and send to us immediately. Once a damage claim has been submitted and details verified, we will work with you and the shipping company for a resolution. If you are returning an item, a restocking fee will apply. All returns must be approved by LQD Management prior to returning.
Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
