Ready-made bridle of the "Anatomic Line - Select & Mix" – all advantages already united in one bridle! TOKYO SELECT features a softly padded and anatomically pre-shaped flash noseband. A special highlight is the completely removable flash strap. If required, the flash can be removed easily and not even the annoying loop will be left. Flash strap and loop are also incredibly soft and specially padded. The anatomically pre-shaped, narrow head piece has a unique neck area that was especially designed for to the horse's complicated neck anatomy. The distinctive cut and the soft padding reduce the pressure in the neck significantly. Dispatch and Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK direct to your door in the USA.  They are delivered by either USPS or UPS.  We aim to ship all items with 24 - 72 hours of payment being received.  There are no customs fees to pay on any orders under 0.00 USD.
Customs and Customs Clearance
We aim to clear all item through customs whilst in flight to the USA.  Upon clearance they are handed to a US final mile delivery agent.  This is generally UPS or USPS depending on your location in the USA.
Tracking
All items are sent tracked, delivery is generally 7 - 10 working days from shipping.
We offer a no questions asked refund. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item.  It items are returns not as received they maybe be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.  Cost of return is at the buyers exepense.  In the event of an error in sending Equiflair will cover the cost of return.
How to return an item
1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.
2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu on the right.
3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact the seller.
The eBay returns process
1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return.
2. Print the provided return postage label.
3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.
4. Send the item back to the seller.
Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.
