Rhin-O-Tuff Model 8370CE Insert-a-bind Manual Wire Inserter & Closer Binding Unit. This high quality unit is in excellent condition, and has seen extremely limited previous use. The only very minor issue is that one of the plastic knobs on the side that has three little protrusions has had one of the protrusions busted off (see photos) but this in no way affects functionality. The handle unit is brand new and has never been used, purchased to replace the original handle which was misplaced in storage. Please see my photos to have a look at this nice item.
