    Description

    1993 Garden Flowers Error Stamps
This pane of five error stamps is displayed with the regular pane by the Postal Commemorative Society.
In addition to the colorful flower design, each stamp design included the name of the flower and the inscription "29 USA" in black engraving at the top. However, a small number of booklet panes were erroneously printed without the black engraving.
Ebay makes us put in a quality. We are not stamp dealers, so we cannot speak to the condition - but they look to be a high grade.
