Rare 1920's Antique wind up toy by C E Carter - Pan- Gee The funny Dancer

Here is a 1920's Pan-Gee the funny dancer made by C.E. Carter Co. .   It is  only  Pan-Gee.  Missing Roof top Windup part. The one arm is off of  figure, but the tab looks to be still there.   There is some playwear to toy with some litho lose in areas.  I see no bad bends, dents, cracks or rust.   Cond of figure is good for age.  It is about  8in tall
