    This is a RARE 16mm I B TECHNICOLOR print of “FISH AND CHIPS”, a 1962 Universal-International cartoon, starring CHILLY WILLY. This funny animated cartoon with CHILLY WILLY THE PENGUIN marks the return of another fun character, SMEDLEY. Print is in nice shape, with beautiful three-strip, dye-transfer I B TECHNICOLOR, excellent sound, and no vinegar. It does not have a Universal logo, but is FULLY COMPLETE with the main title and all opening and closing credits. It’s mounted on one 400 ft. reel. You don’t see these CHILLY WILLY cartoons offered in I B TECHNICOLOR very often.
