Pentax AFL-240 Auto Focusing is the first real advance in automatic level technology since the automatic level was invented more than 45 years ago. Point the AFL-240 at a staff, press the button and almost instantly you are ready to take reading. Auto focusing is more consistently precise and takes less time than manual operation.
Troublesome focusing now becomes automatic with the simple press of one button the only requirement.
Operation eye fatigue is reduced while at the same time efficiency is increased which results in higher productivity.
Pentax AFL-240 is quick and easy to set-up, auto focus, and immune to vibration, shock, and other environmental conditions. Fully resistant to rain and accidental dousing, it won't fog even with sudden temperature changes leaving you free to concentrate on the work. Nitrogen gas is injected into the completely sealed objective lens assembly. In rain or high humidity, the telescope will remain clear and work can easily continue. Four suspension and magnetic damping compensator ensures stability, even under rapidly changing atmospheric condition, vibration, and shock. Pentax AFL-240 incorporates an endless horizontal motion drive with two knobs for fast and easy aiming, operable by right or left hand.
