Description -
Item is preowned, but has been fully tested.  Engine is in excellent condition.  Item is part of a collection that I purchased from a train enthusiast.  Over 450 engines were included in this collection.  No layout was located in this person's residence.  They would take their items to a local train club and run them there.  Every engine in the collection was very well cared for.  Around 2009 this person was not longer able to continue the hobby, due to health reasons.  These items have sat since then.  I would recommend a tune up before running them for optimal performance; however, this ran great first time on the track.
