    MISPERFORATED
    , Mint Never Hinged, Bottom Margin Block of 4 of Scott #1041, the Flat Plate printing of the 8c Statue of Liberty sheet stamp from the Liberty series, 1954-68.
    The Block is misperforated upward 3mm.
    The Block is in excellent condition---it is mint never hinged with no faults or flaws.  The scan above represents the stamps that you will receive.
