A handy little machine to bind together manuals, presentations,  booklets and other papers.
Will punch holes in 20 pages of standard copying paper.  It has 4 positions allowing you to bind papers together with combs 3/16" to 1/4", 5/16" to 7/16", 1/2" to 5/8" and 3/4" to 2".  Check out this manual for more details.

I won this at a local auction, mostly because I don't think anyone knew what it was!
The machine is in good shape.  The handle works smoothly.  The teeth do cut holes in paper. (See my video)  It appears as though the binder attachment works, but I don't have a plastic comb binder to test it.
