    The finish we use is a polyurethane, which leaves a nice smooth glossy shine.
    This includes the laser engraving of your text and/or photograph.
    All we need is your photo and/or text and we will do mock ups for you to look at.
    Once approved we will engrave it and put our finish on and send it out.

    A. Yes, we are a small  business, and we make all the plaques we sell.
    Q. Is this item available in other woods?
    A. Yes, most all of our products are available in  Red Cedar,  Black Walnut,  and Cherry.
    Q. Do you build custom plaques?
    A. Yes, just send us a request with some dimensions and wood choice, and we work up a quote for you.
    Q. What other type of products do you offer?
    A. We offer a full line of european mount plaques, antler mount plaques, turkey mounting plaques
    Q. Who pays the return shipping?
    A. If a buyer receives a defective item we will pay the return shipping, for other reasons the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
    Q. Will I get a full refund?
    A. A full refund will be given if the item is returned in the condition it was received.
    Q. Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?
    A. Yes.
    Q. How do I return an item?
    A. Mail the item with a copy of the invoice, a copy of the shipping receipt for the return postage and include a note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange. Also, please send a message through ebay stating that you are returning your item. A refund will be issued  once we receive and process your return (normally within a day of receipt). For a defective item you will receive a refund plus you will be reimbursed for the return postage.

    Payment may be made by Pay Pal. Orders picked up at our location may be paid for in cash. We must receive payment within three (3) days of the end of the auction.

We prefer to ship UPS as there is up to 0 of insurance, but we can ship USPS if needed.
