Q. Do you make these plaques yourself?
A. Yes, we are a small  business, and we make all the plaques we sell.
Q. Is this item available in other woods?
A. Yes, most all of our products are available in  Oak,  Black Walnut,  and Cherry.
Q. Will this mount work on animals other than the one listed?
A. It may, but we will can design plaques specifically for different types of animals including deer, bear, elk, bobcat, boar, coyote, oryx, etc..
Q. Do you build custom plaques?
A. Yes, just send us a request with some dimensions and wood choice, and we work up a quote for you.
Q. What other type of products do you offer?
A. We offer a full line of European mount plaques, antler mount plaques, turkey mounting plaques, circles and ovals.
Q. Who pays the return shipping?
A. If a buyer receives a defective item we will pay the return shipping, for other reasons the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Q. Will I get a full refund?
A. A full refund will be given if the item is returned in the condition it was received.
Q. Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?
A. Yes.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. Mail the item with a copy of the invoice, a copy of the shipping receipt for the return postage and include a note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange. Also, please send a message through Ebay stating that you are returning your item. A refund will be issued  once we receive and process your return (normally within a day of receipt). For a defective item you will receive a refund plus you will be reimbursed for the return postage.
You can mount the skull 2 different ways:
1) Take the teeth out so the skull so it will lay flat on the plaque, Then using 2 sheet rock screws, go through the back of the plate (first pre-drill small holes through the wood) and screw to the hard part of the bone, eye socket height.
2) The other way is to leave the teeth in and laying it so the back of the skull is to the plaque,  the nose will be raised about 3" off the bottom of the plaque. Attach the same way as above.

Payment may be made by Pay Pal. Orders picked up at our location may be paid for in cash. We must receive payment within three (3) days of the end of the auction.

or underpayment just creates more steps for you and us. Please let us know if you are bidding on other auctions, and we will delay sending an invoice and wrapping. We prefer to ship UPS as there is up to 0 of insurance, but we can ship USPS if needed.
