    Description

    Listed here is a GBC Velobind System Four Bind.  I received this unit from a university with several other pieces of binding equipment.  At least 2 other pieces I received were damaged or broken.  One is not broken.  This unit powers on, but no further tests were performed.  I do not know if it has any problems, but it is possible that it does.  For that reason, I am going to list it as parts only, with no returns.  You get the exact pieces as seen in the pictures so review them carefully.
