GBC CombBind C95e Electric Punch & Bind System 15 Page Punching/ 175 Sheet Binding. This binder has been fully cleaned and tested, works perfectly, appears to have had very little use, in almost new condition. This unit comes as seen in photos, the unit and instruction page only; it comes in original box, but box in rough shape.
The hole punch dial that lines up: Letter, Cover, A4 alignment edge Is a bit confusing, it basically allows a straight edge for three different sized papers. This will be the edge you line your paper up with when punching the holes so they are in the proper location. This is where testing out different paper sizes to determine which setting is ideal is the easiest and quickest solution. It should come set on Letter, if it hasn’t been moved during shipping/unpacking. The dial rotates in a circle, the flat edge should line up with the line (to name) printed on the machine.
