This binding machine powers on and operates, but the hooks won't slide down to the widest comb settting, if you turn the knob down it jerks the hooks back and forth.  Probably just a setting.  2 of the LED's that show the binding size on the front right aren't working.  No foot pedal included with this one, but it does open and close well with the button.  A little fine tuning and this thing is ready to bind any comb-bound presentation, pamphlet, whatever.  This unit new is about 00.
