Item is a donation and as such we do not know its history.
Item has been tested to the best of our ability and functioned as expected.
Testing did include the hole punch function as well as all of the toggles to turn on and off curtain hole punches.
While I did pull the handle and the tines did move as expected I do not have and Binding
Item appears to be in good condition with some standard use scuffs and scratches as well as a bit of paper dust.
Item has been quickly wiped down before photographing but deeper cleaning may be needed.
Item was donated without a power cord and so a brand new one will be included. (Not pictured)
