Electric Comb Binding Machine WITH Foot Pedal

Description

This machine may look old but it works very well.
It has a switch for foot pedal or button operation.
does large combs very nicely.
The foot pedal will also allow you to move the grippers a little bit at a time.
Im told that the dial is for the size of the combs (larger the number larger the comb?)
It has a counter but i did not pay attention to see if it worked...im told it does but it was not specifically tested.
