be refunded.  All returns must be postmarked/returned within 7 days of receipt and the Seller must be contacted via email before any return will be approved.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and Buyer pays for return shipping as well as original shipping.  Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly inspect the product and issue a refund for the purchase price only.
