    Description

    Unusual vertical pair of USA #CVP91 where the upper stamp in the pair has an extremely short height word FOREVER.
    This kind of printing variety is usually due to "slippage" during printing (ie: "thermal activation").
    These stamps were printed from the "old machines" on January 27, 2018.
    Please note that there were other stamps on this sheet at one time, you will receive the upper 2 vertical stamps (from the upper right side of the sheet) as shown in the scan.
    Printing varieties such as this are true "machine errors", not "human made errors" (unlike many others that I have seen in the past).
