I originally purchased this for myself.  I have a couple Thomas pictures framed with brass tags and matching frames.  I own this one in the non proof version and it looks awesome so I thought I would get an even better example, but I didn't realize that this one is a little bigger and it was too big for my areas.  The matting on this one is a little bigger then my example.
This proof version has better colors when I compared the two and framed up this one is a little bigger.  This one measures 29 1/2 inches x 22 inches.  Very nice and desirable offering.  The frame has a few minor marks and the one mark on the corner.
