I never had heard of such a item until i looked it up & saw how wonderful it is. You Tube has videos on how this works & its so easy to do ( check them out) This is a manual machine so no electric parts to go bad. This is all metal so its sturdy. You can punch 20 pieces of 20lb paper at a time. Just punch your holes with a pull on the lever, then put your ring into the front section & pull the lever & you have a professional looking book just that quick. Machine has had very little use & is in good condition. Perfect for clubs, students, business people who want a professional looking finished product. Feel free to make a offer this needs a new home.
