Instructions
● Turn on the power switch, the power and gear selection indicator (1st gear) will light, and warm-up will begin.
● After 3 minutes, the work light is on and accompanied by a beep, that is, the warm-up is completed.
● Preset the binding time according to the thickness to be bound. The segmentation is: | (90 seconds) for standard envelopes less than 20mm, and II (150 seconds) for standard envelopes larger than 20mm and less than 30mm, III (210 seconds)
) Applicable to standard envelopes larger than 30mm and less than 40mm. When no preset is selected, the program will default to 1st gear.
● Put the document into the envelope and arrange it neatly (as shown in Figure 1), put the text to be bound into the paper slot, and make full contact with the heating plate (Figure 2), accompanied by a beep, push by hand
The handle clamps the document into the bookbinding heating state (Figure 3).
● When the work light is on and accompanied by a buzzer sound, remove the text at this moment, arrange it, and make the glue and the document fully contact and adhere (Figure 4, 5), then put it into the cooling tank and cool it for about three to five minutes.
After that, the binding is completed (Figure 6).
