    souvenir self-adhe­sive pane of 10 stamps on April 27, 1998 in New York, NY. This 2nd stamp in the Looney Tunes Series was designed and illustrated by Brenda Guttman of Warner Bros. in Burbank, CA.
    The stamp features the popular cat and canary cartoon characters, Sylvester and Tweety in a chase around a rural mail box. Feline fall guy Sylvester has always tried to make a meal out of Tweety, but the crafty canary has managed to outsmart the "puddy tat" at every turn.
