    Description

Here is a very nice 400 ft 16mm home movie that was filmed back in the early 1950's (1950 & 1952) based on the Kodak film code symbols seen along the edge of the film. I'm not sure where all the footage on this reel was filmed as there are no notes or inter-titles with the film, but there are some clues.
I noticed a sign on the side of one train that says "NRHS Syracuse Chapter" which stands for "National Railway Historical Society". There are many people gathered around on a platform at a railway station for this event.
I'm not sure where the train wreck happened, but it is probably in the same vicinity.
The other footage I saw includes a ferry crossing, Old Fort Niagara, sailing on a nice boat by a lighthouse that can be identified, family gathering at a nice lakefront home, a State Park possibly - has a very deep river gorge, flower garden, sign for "Meadow View Chicks", Victorian style hotel named "SWAN" with beautiful ironwork designs, man driving old Model T Ford down a town street, grandmother holding a young boy in her arms, old water fountain with an old fireman statue above it, Christmas tree & decorations, Christmas dinner, cooking a turkey in the kitchen, plus lots more!
The film appears to be in excellent condition for its age with no issues that I could see.
Thanks for looking and please check out the other home movies & films I am selling this week.
